The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a contractor to perform non-destructive testing and repair services to address water leaks in the basement of Building D, Room D-025. The work includes identifying the source of water leaks behind approximately 1,350 square feet of concrete wall and implementing effective repairs. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the investigation and corrective work.
