The Air Force intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to EVERYWHERE Communications in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $34,000,000. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
