Library of Congress NAVCC - Digital/Analog Audio Equipment Repair

Amendment 0001 extends the date of the solicitation deadline from 06/12/2026 by 7 days to 06/19/2026.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13. The Library of Congress (Library) requires contractor support to provide maintenance and support for digital audio playback/recording equipment installed in the Culpeper facility for the NAVCC Audio Lab. The contractor shall repair, refurbish, or replace digital audio playback/recording equipment to maintain digital/analog audio preservation performance and quality standards.

This is a lowest priced technically acceptable competition. Please see the attached solicitation document for more details including the Statement of Work, Instructions to Offerors (Section L), and the Evaluation/Award procedures (Section M). Responses are due by 06/12/2026 at 12:00PM EST. Late offers will not be accepted.
