This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV25R0021 is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP) on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status.
