RFQ to support the Library of Congress Retail Shop

The Library of Congress (LOC) has issued a formal request to support the Retail Shop, located on the first floor of the Thomas Jefferson building and online. The supplies and services are noted in the solication and attachments. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING, EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER ABBY SCHULTZ via email at aschultz@loc.gov This procurement will result in multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to multiple contractors. Details outlining this are included in the attached solicitation.

QUESTIONS CUT-OFF: All questions are due to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz via email at aschultz@loc.gov by 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday February 28, 2025. Please use "Questions for 030ADV25Q0085" in the subject line. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday March 24, 2025 via email to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz at aschultz@loc.gov. Please use "RFQ Response for 030ADV25Q0085" in the subject line. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
