Live! At the Library Catering Services

The Library of Congress (Library) requires Contractor support to provide food and beverage concessions services every Thursday evening during Live at the Library when the Jefferson Building exhibitions are open late. Programming will regularly feature special conversations, music, performances, films, collection displays, and activities that showcase the broad range of holdings at the national library.

The events will be offered free of charge to the public but may require tickets distributed by an independent, third-party ticketing service provider. The Contractor shall provide food and beverage concessions for sale at Library events. The events will take place each Thursday evening for approximately 50 weeks each year. See solicitation and attachments for details and offer submission instructions. Offers in response to this solicitation are due no later than 08/07/2024 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
