Cinema Equipment Maintenance - Library of Congress

The purpose of this amendment is to restructure the contract from a stand alone contract to an indefinite deliver indefinite quantitiy (IDIQ) contract. Please see the amendment for further information.

This public notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued under the authority of FAR Part 13. The Library of Congress requires a contractor to provide repair services and routine preventative maintenance to motion picture film projectors, including Kinoton and Century brands, Barco digital projectors, and related cinema equipment. These items are in the Library’s Pickford Theater (Madison Building), Packard Campus Theater and Projection Booth (NAVCC), and Motion Picture Film Lab and Screening Room (NAVCC). This is a Best-Value Trade Off competition. Please see the attached solicitation for additional information.
