DHA - Technology Support Branch (TSB) – Technology Lifecycle Support Bridge Action

Defense Health Agency (DHA)'s Technology Support Branch (TSB) – Technology Lifecycle Support follow-on will be re-competed as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. To ensure sufficient procurement lead time, DHA Solution Delivery Division (SDD) requires a bridging effort for Technology Lifecycle Support (TLS) to bridge the gap between the expiring current contract and the competitive follow-onto to maintain the multiple systems and platforms that are listed in the sections below.

The scope of the TLS requirement focuses on providing TSB support services to the Program Management Offices (PMOs) and Branches in association to the core domains of Configuration Management (CM), Digital Transformation Center (DTC), System Lifecycle Management (SLCM), Evolutionary Architecture and Design (EAD), Operations Support Center (OSC), Service Level Management (SLM), Cloud Solutions Architecture (CSA), and Application Support (AS).
