Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The Government currently leases 196,716 rentable square feet (RSF), yielding 171,059 ANSI/BOMA office and related space, under GSA Lease No. GS-04B-62038, which is set to expire on November 30, 2027.

This lease includes three (3) five-year renewal options, the first two of which have been exercised. The Government now seeks to exercise the final five-year renewal option for the term covering December 1, 2027, through November 30, 2032.

Exercising this option will allow the agency to continue operations without interruption while its long-term requirements are fully developed.
