Synopsis: GENERATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND REPAIR FOLLOW-ON, MAHC SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests.

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential HUBZone, Small Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran Sources, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a), Women Owned Businesses or large business interest in the Columbia, South Carolina. Contractor's status will be verified through SAM and SBA. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.

The MICC-Fort Jackson may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for “Generator Maintenance Service and Repair,” subject to availability of funds during the year 2026. The MICC Fort Jackson is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing Generator Maintenance and Repair Services at the MAHC, Fort Jackson, SC per the attached draft performance work statement. Full details are provided in the attached performance work statement.

The place of performance is the BLDG 4500 STUART ST FORT JACKSON SC 29207-5720. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal no later than 31JULY2025 by completing and signing the Source Sought Information Request Form (link to form below).
