Services for organization of events in Montenegro

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Podgorica, Montenegro, will release a solicitation for services in organizing events in Montenegro.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about first week of April 2024. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy in Montenegro, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL/Montenegro) will award a contract for conference organization and transportation services of Montenegrin officials, interpreters, and U.S. Government staff participating in various training and conferences.

Locations of the venue, number of participants, technical requirements, and travel dates will vary, and the Contractor will be informed at least two weeks in advance about the dates of the event, number of participants that will need to be accommodated, if transportation services will be required and other technical requirements for the organization of the conference.

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers. If you are not already registered, please start the registration process as soon as you see this notice.
