Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, intends to award a sole source contract with A-Dec Inc. for the procurement of blanket wrap / de-installation services for dental chairs, in order to complete installation. This is for the Dental Clinic at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
