## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, intends to award a sole source contract with A-Dec Inc. for the procurement of blanket wrap / de-installation services for dental chairs, in order to complete installation. This is for the Dental Clinic at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing.

The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 339114 is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government.
