NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO iDepot Hawaii, 1164 Bishop St., #1111, Honolulu, HI 96813. NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: Department of Transportation/Federal Highway Administration (DOT/FHWA), Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), intends to award a sole source contract to iDepot under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, under the North American Industry Classification System code (NACIS) 561492, Court Reporting and Stenotype Services.

The proposed procurement is to provide Court Reporter Services for 6-7 full/half day depositions held on February 15, 16, 20, 21 and March 2024 in Honolulu, HI. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the above-mentioned purchase should submit a response via email NLT 12:00PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on February 14, 2024, to Chinh.Le@dot.gov.

Information furnished shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTE. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
