NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO Collier Geophysics, 7711 W. 6th Avenue, Suite G, Lakewood, CO 80214, USA NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: Department of Transportation/Federal Highway Administration (DOT/FHWA), Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), intends to award a sole source contract to Collier Geophysics under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, under the North American Industry Classification System code (NACIS) 541360 Size Standard of $28.5 million.

The proposed procurement is for non-invasive geophysical surveys. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the above-mentioned purchase should submit a response via email NLT 3:00PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on June 25, 2024, to eric.grosskreuz@dot.gov. Information furnished shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTE. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
