CANCELLATION NOTICE: USIBWC SCADA Lifecycle Support

FY26R1221002: The Government hereby cancels this solicitation in its entirety due to budgetary constraints and the unavailability of sufficient appropriated funds to support award of the requirement as solicited. After receipt of offers, the Government conducted an internal review of current and projected funding and determined that available funds are insufficient to support award of a base period with the associated option periods as contemplated by the solicitation.

As a result, award under this solicitation is not in the best interest of the Government. This cancellation is made in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, which permits cancellation of a solicitation when adequate funds are not available or when the Government’s requirements change. The Government anticipates issuing a revised solicitation at a later date reflecting a reduced scope and adjusted requirements when funding becomes available.

Offerors are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for future announcements. The Government appreciates the time and effort expended by all offerors in responding to this solicitation. No further action is required at this time.
