As a result, award under this solicitation is not in the best interest of the Government. This cancellation is made in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, which permits cancellation of a solicitation when adequate funds are not available or when the Government’s requirements change. The Government anticipates issuing a revised solicitation at a later date reflecting a reduced scope and adjusted requirements when funding becomes available. Offerors are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for future announcements. The Government appreciates the time and effort expended by all offerors in responding to this solicitation.
