Training Room AV Equipment

The US Embassy London has a requirement to upgrade the AV equipment in one of its Training Rooms. This solicitation includes specific AV equipment, installation, warranty, and the training of staff. Only companies located in the United Kingdom and specializing in this field should submit a proposal which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov.

The website compiles standard information such as the company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder. The US Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on August 19, 2024, at 10:00am at the US Embassy, 33 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW11 7US.

Please submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing to londonproc@state.gov by August 20, 2024, at 5:00pm BST. Interested parties should download the RFQ package attached and provide their quotation to londonproc@state.gov, referencing I.D. #19UK5624Q0052 in the Subject Line, before 5:00pm BST on August 26, 2024.
