The US Embassy London has a requirement to upgrade the AV equipment in one of its Training Rooms. This solicitation will include specific AV equipment, installation, and the training of staff. Only companies located in the United Kingdom and specializing in this field should submit a proposal which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this site visit will be in the solicitation. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. To register in SAM, an NCAGE code is required. If you do not have an NCAGE number, this be obtained before registering in SAM.
