USDA APHIS intends to award an IDIQ to NAHLN network labs, as described under under 7 U.S. Code §8308a, utilizing FAR 6.302-3 Industrial Mobilization; Engineering; Developmental, or Research Capability; or Expert Services 1 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(3). The complete JOFOC may be seen in the attached document. Any interested party interested in joining the diagnostic laboratory network my request to participate by mail to USDA, APHIS, VS, NVSL, Attn: NAHLN Program Office, P.O.
