## Description

USDA APHIS intends to award an IDIQ to NAHLN network labs, as described under under 7 U.S. Code §8308a, utilizing FAR 6.302-3 Industrial Mobilization; Engineering; Developmental, or Research Capability; or Expert Services 1 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(3). Any interested party interested in joining the diagnostic laboratory network my request to participate by mail to USDA, APHIS, VS, NVSL, Attn: NAHLN Program Office, P.O.
