SOLICITATION Ammendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the need from FY25 to FY26. The Period of Performance (PoP) start date is changed from 30 September 2025 to 1 March 2026. The duration of the Period of Performance and option periods are also revised. Please review the solicitation and CLIN structure in its entirety prior to submitting your offer. The Question and Answer period concluded on 3 September 2025. Response date changed from 9 September 2025 to 16 September 2025. IMPORTANT: Offerors must complete solicitation document, "W91YTZ25QA120 Sterile Pocessing Unit Trailer Lease" for CLIN structure. CLIN Struture Quantity revisions are as follows:
CLIN 0001 Quantity chnaged from 12 months, to 7 months. CLIN 1001 Quantity changed from 3 months to 6 months. CLIN 1001 Quantity changed from 3 months to 6 months. Offeror shall sign and return the Original Soliciation document (Blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c), and all Amended soliciations (Block 15a, 15b, and 15c) with signatures.
SOLICITATION Ammendment 0001: The purpose of the amendment is to update the Performance Work Statement (PWS), para 2.3 - Deliverables section for clarity (See 'blue' writing). Additionally, the Government's responses from the Questions and Answer period are provide. This concludes the Question and Answer Period.
SOLICITATION NOTICE - The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced contract for a Mobile Sterile Processing Unit Trailer Lease for the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) at Winn Army Community Hospital (WACH) at Fort Stewart, GA, 31314. This is a non-personal service contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract's terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the government and its employees.
The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the contractor's employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. Offerors shall conform to the requirements of the Solicitation including the Performance Work Statement (PWS), FAR Provision 52.212-1 (Including Addendum 52.212-1, and FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Including Addendum 52.212-2). Solicitation will close at the time specified within the SAM Posting and solicitation. See Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 for Questions and Answer Period.
