Marne Community Integration (Motorized Tour Services)

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform training support to the Marne Community Engagement Program as outlined in the PWS. This program introduces newly arrived Soldiers to their local environment in a way that reinforces Army Values, fosters social connection, promotes healthy lifestyle choices, and builds awareness of local resources, all of which contribute to reducing the likelihood of harmful behaviors such as substance misuse, suicidal ideation, sexual misconduct, or disengagement.
