Certified Trauma Registry Services

The Department of Surgery, Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas submitted a request for Trauma Registrar services. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain trauma registrar services to complete trauma registry charts at BAMC. The contractor will ensure accurate, timely, and complete abstraction, coding, and data entry of trauma patient information in compliance with all applicable accreditation, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

The NAICS being used for this requirement is 561110 with a Small Business Size standard of $12.5M. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 1 Apr 2026 – 31 Mar 2027 with three (3), one-year Option Periods. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT – This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future.

Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
