1. To extend the proposal due date from 14 May 2024 at 12:00 PM CST to 28 May 2024 at 02:00 PM CST 2. No other changes are made in Ammendment 0002. *NOTE: Another amendment will be published when the goverment has completed Q&A. 15 April 2024 (Amendment #1) The purpose of this amendment is:
1. To Provide updated Attachment 5 Past Perfomance Questionnaire.
2. No other changes are made in Ammendment 0001. 11 April 2024 The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W) has a requirement from the BAMC Department of Operative Services to Non-Personal services contract for experienced and certified Sterilization/Processing/Distribution (SPD), High Level Disinfection (HLD), and Perioperative services contractor to independently manage surgical instrumentation and equipment, workflow management, onsite operations, and administration from end-to-end* at BAMC, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. *Note End-to-End: A self-contained workflow encompassing the autonomous management of designated medical instruments, starting from decontamination, assembly, sterilization, utilization in the operating room or clinic, and concluding with the return through the decontamination phase.
This process operates independently of external government intervention or direction, ensuring efficiency and quality control within the Sterile Processing workflow in a hospital setting. Please see Solicitation and 8 Attachments Site Visit information: A site visit is scheduled for 29-30 April 2024, 10:00 AM CDT. Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged. Offeror attendance shall be at no cost to the government. No more than 2 representatives per offeror will be allowed to attend the site visit.

All site visit attendees must submit the attendee’s full name, email address, date of birth, driver’s license number/state if attendee is in possession of military IDs, Department of Defense civilian or contractor IDs, or previously issued and active base access passes this information will be noted with the requested information above, to the contract specialist at james.m.davis1.civ@health.mil for further processing by 17 April 2024, 10:00 AM CDT.
All offerors will meet at the Brooke Army Medical Center, Main Entrance (Flag Pole Entrance). The deadline for questions is 3 May 2024, 10:00am CDT. All Questions must be submitted in writing to james.m.davis1@health.mil and andrea.j.vigliotti.civ@health.mil.
