Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a sole source contract with Abbot Point of Care an other than small business under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) For purchased not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, only one source reasonable available.
