COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-24-Q-0077 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-24-Q-0077 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted.

A separate written solicitation document will be issued.

This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20240326. This solicitation is for fifteen (3) binocular tubes compatible with the existing Leica M320 Microscope, (3) Handles lateral set (Pair) compatible with the existing Leica M320 Microscope and (1) Installation, Calibration & On-Site Training for the Animal Research Center at Williams Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas.

The delivery date is 30 May 2024. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addendums are attached. The Point of Contact (POC) for this RFQ is SFC Jamiley Timsah.

Offers and Questions shall be submitted to the POCs via e-mail at jamiley.k.timsah.mil@health.mil. Quoters shall reference the following FAR Provisions and their Addendums to prepare and submit their offer: FAR Provision 52.212-1-Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items and its Addendum; and, FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Items and its Addendum.2. Offers are due on or before 23 April 2024 at 10:00 PM Central Time.

Offers received after this date and time will be considered untimely and not eligible for award. Questions shall be submitted via email not later than 19 April 2024, 10:00 AM Central Time.
