THIS IS THE SAME SOLICITATION AT NOTICE ID: W81K0024Q0027 Solicitation - W81K0024Q0027, The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced contract for Compressed Medical Grade Gases and Dry Ice for General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. Period of Performance:

6- Month Base: 01 April 2024 – 30 September 2024 with two 12-month option periods ending 30 September 2026. Contract Line Items and details: Please refer to the contract line-items and speical, terms and conditions section of W81K0024Q0027. Performance or Delivery shall take place at: Please refer to the delivery information on contract line-items and speical, terms and conditions section of W81K0024Q0027. Proposal Submission and Basis for award: Please refer to 52.212-1 Addendum and 52.212-2 Addendum.

Offers should be e-mailed to the Point of Contact (POC) shown below by the closing date and time list on page 1 of the attached SF1449, Block 8. Offer are only being accepted via email to the contact POC below. It is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure that the transmission is received by the Government prior to the closing date and time. Upon receipt of an electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the offeror.

Offerors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to award. Offerors are highly encouraged to download and review all attachments to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer.
