Notice of Award Sole Source to award provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to include parts, labor on the Dornier Compact Delta II Lithotripter and Genesis Urology.

The Fort Cavazos Health Contracting Branch Medical Readiness Contracting Office–West (MRCO-West) MEDCOM, Fort Cavazos, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Dornier MedTech America, Inc. Maintenance service plan for Dornier Compact Delta II Imaging system and Genesis Imaging System for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Cavazos, Texas. The contract is for a Base and Three (3) options.

The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.

This requirement to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to include parts, labor on the Dornier Compact Delta II Imaging system and Genesis Imaging Systems for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Ft Cavazos on or about 16 July 2024. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date.

Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation?requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored.

A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Fort Cavazos Health Contracting Branch intends to make a sole source award to Dornier MedTech America, Inc., 1155 Roberts BLVD NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144-3600.
