USDA APHIS intends to issue a sole source award to GRAPHPAD SOFTWARE, LLC for Geneious Floating Licenses. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Scientists at the Plant Pathogen Confirmatory Diagnostics Laboratory (PPCDL) have utilized Geneious for years in their diagnostic and project analysis, creating analysis pipelines and multi-year sequence databases accessible only in Geneious.

Geneious Prime is the only approved software package that provides a comprehensive, yet highly intuitive and user-friendly, graphical user interface that allows scientists untrained in bioinformatics to easily execute complex data analysis and manage existing databases built in Geneious.
