Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award - Practical Nurse Curriculum

This is ONLY a Notice of Intent to issue a Sole Source Award. This special notice of intent is NOT a request for a competative quotation. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole source award to Elsevier, Inc., located at 3251 Riverport Lane, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 to obtain the continuation of the 68C Course of the Army’s Practical Nursing Specialists certification/licensure. The Sole Source contract will consist of 1-year textbook curriculum learning program.

The acquisition will be done through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130 - Book Publishers. Size standard - 1,000 employees.
