Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, intends to award a sole source contract with Stryker Sales, LLC for a Full Service Maintenance Contract for the Onsite Full Maintenance Service for the Government owned Stryker Neptune Waste Disposal System located in the OR at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center. , under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g, urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization), for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Ft Bliss, Texas.

The sole source contract will have a period of performance date is 1 Oct 24 – 30 Sept 2025 plus four option years. The NAICS code 811210, size standard is $34M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.

The solicitation number is W81K00-24-Q-0176 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
