Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to extend the proposal submission deadline to 28 August 2025 at 1000 EST. This amendment also: 1) incorporates questions received in response to HT001125R0047, 2) revises Attachment 1-PWS, 3) revises Attachment 2-Pricing Sheet, 4) revises Attachment 3-PWS 7.1.4 Personnel Quals, 5) revises Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2, 6) adds Attachment 6-Consent Letter and Attachment 7-Past Performance References, and 7) updates/adds applicable clauses. The Government is no longer accepting questions in response to HT001125R0047.

Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to extend the proposal submission deadline to 25 August 2025 at 1300 EST. The Government is no longer accepting questions in response to this solicitation. Responses to questions received by the deadline established in the solicitation will be issued via a separate amendment and posted herein. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for inTransition Contact Center Services. The RFP and attachments shall be reviewed in its entirery to ensure compliance.

Failure to comply will result in ineligibility for award. Refer to the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 in the RFP for offeror instructions and evaluation criteria. THIS RFP IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT STATEMENTS OF INTERESTS OR CAPABILITY. ONLY COMPLETE PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER REVIEW.
