Food & Drug Administration, (FDA) Office of Acquisition and Grants Services (OAGS) has a requirement to procure: OC-2024-122506-OFEMS Operating-Purchase Move & Labor Supplies & Equipment, under Solicitation Number: FDA-RFQ-OC-2024-122506-OFEMS. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business only set-aside 100% (for small businesses only) FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5.
