Food & Drug Administration, (FDA) Office of Acquisition and Grants Services (OAGS) has a requirement to procure a CVM-2024-121315- Full-Service Maintenance, Base year plus four (4) option years, for Agilent 7900 ICP-MS, under solicitation FDA-RFQ- CVM-2024-121315. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business only set-aside 100% (for small businesses only) FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5. See attached RFQ and respond as required.
