The Department of the Air Force requires continued acquisition of the T-Metrics Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Console Extended Hours Software Subscription to sustain enterprise call routing capabilities across active duty Air Force installations.
This requirement includes all software licenses, extended hours support, maintenance, updates, and access to the proprietary intellectual property (IP) necessary to operate, configure, and integrate the ACD platform within existing Air Force medical and telecommunications environments.
