Request for Solution Summaries for ARPA-H BREATHE

Amendment 1: The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update the Request for Solution Summaries due date from Friday, June 14, 2024, to Friday, June 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET.

Amendment 1 also revises Section E, Basis of Estimate, of the Solution Summary template (Attachment 1). The changes are highlighted in yellow. The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is inviting all parties interested in the ARPA-H Building Resilient Environments for Air and Total HEalth (BREATHE) program to submit a Solution Summary for review and feedback.

The ARPA-H BREATHE draft Program Solicitation, ARPA-H-SOL-24-107, is posted to SAM.gov and should be leveraged in the development of a Solution Summary submission.

All questions, technical or administrative shall be submitted to ARPA-H Ask-A-Question: https://solutions.arpa-h.gov/Ask-A-Question/ All Solution Summary submissions shall be submitted to https://solutions.arpa-h.gov All parties interested in submitting a proposal in response to the ARPA-H BREATHE Program Solicitation, ARPA-H-SOL-24-107, are highly encouraged to submit a Solution Summary in accordance with this Special Notice (SN) in advance of a full proposal.

However, submission of a Solution Summary is not required to submit a proposal to the finalized ARPA-H BREATHE Program Solicitation. No awards will be made, or funding provided as a result of Solution Summary submissions. See the attached Special Notice.
