February 21, 2024 - This Special Notice has been revised to correct the abstract due date and indicate that resumes will not count against the page limit. Abstracts will be submitted in eCPS. February 1, 2024 - This Special Notice has been revised to include the following:

"An organization may submit up to two abstracts per technical area (TA)." The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is inviting all parties interested in the ARPA-H Platform Accelerating Rural Access to Distributed & InteGrated Medical care (PARADIGM) program to submit an abstract for review. Parties interested in submitting a proposal in response to the ARPA-H PARADIGM Program Solicitation are highly encouraged to submit an abstract in accordance with this special notice.

However, submission of an abstract is not required to submit a proposal to the finalized ARPA-H PARADIGM Program Solicitation. No awards will be made, or funding provided as a result of abstract submissions. A draft ARPA-H PARADIGM Program Solicitation has been posted to SAM.gov and should be leveraged in the development of all abstract submissions. Abstracts shall be submitted through https://ecps.nih.gov/.
