THIS IS TO BE AWARDED SOLE SOURCE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR WAGB-10 MDE Parts CGC POLAR STAR requires a replacement main diesel engine parts for an ALCO Model 251, 16 cylinder. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the need for the requested parts outlined in the manufacturer’s drawings and specifications. The provided parts must be shipped as a complete order and with standard commercial packaging to prevent damage to items while in transit.
