Acceptance Criteria A fully functional 135’ articulating boom crane in accordance with all manufacturers specification and safety devices 7. Legal Compliance Delivered 135’ articulating boom crane shall comply with all local, state, and federal environmental laws regulating articulating boom cranes at location. 10. Performance Monitoring 135’ articulating boom crane shall be fully operational through the duration of the period of performance.
