THIS IS TO BE AWARDED SOLE SOURCE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR Ships Service Air During reassembly, SF found that the top/center bolt hole of the 2nd Stage Cylinder head was stripped out and a portion of the head bolt was lodged in there, making the head unusable.
