The United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) WAESCHE requires temporary tent rental, including complete setup and teardown services, on the cutter's flight deck to support an upcoming Change of Command ceremony Bidders will comply with Statement of Work request to include the following:
- Confirming with Primary Contact - Personnel Names involved with all aspects of transport/setup/disassembly of all rental equipment - Coordinate with Primary Contact if Base Alameda crane is needed to load equipment onboard NLT 03 JULY 2026 - Personnel must have government identification and ability to access Coast Guard Base Alameda - In the case of inclement weather, provide clear plastic shielding for tents Submit all bids to SKC Paul Apalit by 14 JUN 2026 1515 PST EMAIL - paul.c.apalit@uscg.mil
