STATEMENT OF WORK Description of Use: For administering contrast injection of diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination in the Marion IL VA Healthcare System MRI Suite within Imaging Service. Replacement of end-of-life cycle Magnetic Resonance (MR) dual syringe contrast media and flush solution injection system to be used in conjunction with GE Signa Artist 1.5 MRI Scanner. Brand Name, Guerbet OptiStar® Elite required for compatibility with prefilled syringes used by MRI Service.

Date of manufacture must not be greater than one (1) year before the purchase date. The equipment must not be used or refurbished. Training and installation must be included.
