INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source service contract to Lovell Government Services, Inc. The NAICS code is 339112 with a Product and Service Code of 6515. This is not a request for competitive quotes.
