Network Contracting Office 15 is conducting market research to ascertain the capabilities of staffing companies to provide two (2) FTE on-site Physician Radiation Oncology at the John Cochran VA Medical Center (VAMC) in St. Louis, MO geographic region. No on-call or outside regular duty hours/weekends/holidays required. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND NO CONTRACTS SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requested. Questions will not be entertained at this time.

1. This request is for capability statements to assist with appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of concerns with interested and parties capable of providing Physician services relative to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 621111. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $16 M.

2. Qualifications of an experienced Physician Radiation Oncology (RO) must have MD/DO, graduated radiation oncology residency, board certified in radiation oncology from the ABR.

RO must also have the following expertise and knowledge on the following procedures, equipment and software: (a) 3D Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT) (b) Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) (c) Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) (d) Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) (e) Experience using Varian ARIA and Eclipse Treatment Planning System 3. Please provide a capability statement addressing your company s ability to provide the requested services. This is not a request for offer and in no way, obligates the Government. The list below is requested information that will assist in our market research.

g) Is your company Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) verified? (see para 4 below) 4. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) respondents are encouraged to provide proof of verification in VetCert. Consistent with Public Law 109-461 (38 U.S.C.

8127 and 8128), the VA shall award contracts based upon competition restricted to SDVOSBs or VOSBs when a contracting officer has a reasonable expectation, based on market research, that two or more firms listed as verified in VetCert database are likely to submit offers and an award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States.
