Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to ChemDAQ, Inc., 300 Business Center Drive, Suite 330, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources, to provide commercial maintenance services on Steri-Trac sensors on behalf of the St. Louis VA Health Care System, St. Louis, MO. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; a solicitation package is not available.

Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition exists and that acquiring these services by soliciting competition is more advantageous to the Government. Written responses must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than April 19, 2018 at 4:00pm DST. All inquiries and submittals must be sent via email to:
