This is a PRE-Solicitation Notice of intent to solicit. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the ABSOLU Ultrasound Platform. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 334517, with a Size Standards of 1,200 Employees, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6540. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside competition.

Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. Additionally, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Non-OEM firms must submit their Authorized Distributor Letter with the quote.
