The Embassy of the United States in Madrid invites interested offerors to submit a proposal for 24/7 remote telephone operator services for U.S. Mission Spain & Andorra. The estimated number of calls per month is 1,200. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation, on February 2025, to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, https://sam.gov/content/home, when submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
