HVAC Services for US Embassy Malaysia

The US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a contract for HVAC services.

NOTE: SOW Updated July 28 - Please refer to most recent SOW attachment. All relevant details are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please also answer the attached questionnaire. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on July 25, 2024, at 9:00 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov by July 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov.

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word or MS-Excel or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 25MB. If the file size should exceed the 25MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 25MB each.
