The U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing Modification P00065 to contract 191BWC20C0003 for continued Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant (SBIWTP). This modification supports an increase in treatment capacity from 25 million gallons per day (MGD) to 35 MGD.
